Hi, I'm Alex — I founded Axis Appliance Repair back in 2010 with a single van and a simple promise: fix it right the first time, treat the customer like family. Fifteen years later we're a team of factory-trained technicians serving 30+ California cities, but the promise hasn't changed.
Even though I run the business day-to-day now — managing dispatch, training new techs, building the systems that let us scale — I still personally show up on tough jobs and complex Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking installs. Quality control isn't something you delegate.
If something ever goes wrong with a repair we did, I want to hear about it personally. That's how a service company stays accountable.
