About Aleksei
Aleksei has worked appliance repair since 2007 — the same year Axis was founded. He runs dispatch coordination for the LA + Beverly Hills service area and personally handles the most complex built-in luxury appliance jobs across the Westside.
NASTeC Master Technician certification is the industry's top general credential — Aleksei sat the four-section exam (refrigeration, laundry, cooking, dishwashing) and passed all four. Adds factory training on Miele, Sub-Zero, and Viking — the brands that dominate Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades kitchens.
He oversees junior tech ride-alongs and writes Axis's internal repair-procedure SOPs. Bilingual English / Russian.
